Chris was awesome from when I first picked up my phone to call to get some info on how to obtain my loan. After he told me all the materials he needed I went into store and I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he directed her to the toys he had out and after her getting bored of those he offered her coloring materials. I didn't expect this to be a pleasant experience but I didn't expect what happened either. I was at the place for over 2.5 hours. The woman didn't know what she was doing and the man was teaching her. Honestly she was more concerned that she didn't break her long purple finger nails than helping me. By the time I was finished the banks were closed and I couldn't get my money until the next day. I needed the money that day and had to jump through hoops to get my bill paid. Also the interest on the loan was 453 percent. I would not recommend it to anyone.
