On June 25th, 2019 I came in to get title loan. Jennifer helped me out with my loan. She was courteous and kind while still being very professional. Ashley was quite helpful as well. Felicia, who was being trained was focused and attentive to the things she was learning. Mike was on hand to answer the questions that needed his attention. The entire staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking. A few weeks later, I received a call from Felicia to check on me and see if I had any problems or questions. These folks are just great. We needed our absentee ballots notarized and they took care of it very cheerfully. No cost required. I was expecting a fee for the noterary service. There is not too many places these days where folks are glad to help without having to pay. We are glad for them being there in our time of need.

I needed to get some notary work done and this placed claimed to have free notary service. "Yeah right" I though. So I went down there and this guy named Michael was super helpful AND they do indeed have FREE notary service. Can you believe that? I wouldn't hesitate to check them out if you're in need of any of their services.

Principle loan, standard rules apply. Better interest than most. Christian was more than fair with my appraisal and I recieved more than I expected. He walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. His entire staff was friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. He also had wonderful advice for me while I was going through the process. Personable and professional. We all know these should only be used in emergencies and he put me at Christian put me at ease. He has an old school balance of profit/business and customer service.

This was one of the greatest experiences ever. No one wants to get a loan but sometimes life happens. I felt awkward at first walking in but that changed very quickly. I was greeted by Brandi and then I was greeted by Christian who is very funny by the way. Brandi handle everything for me. She was very professional and polite. She informed me of all my options and how things work when it comes to title loans. I left there and felt happy my daughter even thought Christian was funny and she is 13 yrs old and you know how teenage girls can be. Great experience and i was just getting a loan. They did not have to make it fun but they did.
