I would NEVER take out a loan at this location again. A customer defaulting on a loan and not being able to pay is not the manager or associates business. All I asked for was my property from the vehicle or a location to where the vehicle is. Also respect goes a long way . You should ALWAYS treat your customers with the utmost respect , not try to trigger them because you are triggered. . . I pray for the managers peace and she gets some proper management training. Other people in this world are not as nice as I am or think before they react to certain things like I do. My incident happened Jan 27 and reposition happened Jan 19 and still no straight answer on the vehicles location ! So think twice before you take out a loan at this location. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THE MONCKS CORNER LOCATION
