Hi I went in to see Donnell Williams and the overall experience was awesome... Donnell is very professional and knowledgeable of his job... The staff is very friendly; also once you go in and do business with title max if you refer someone Donnell Williams is good with giving you your referral fee... I came here in need of a few hundred dollars last year and got the help I needed, fast easy and simple thanks to Jessica. Because of her help and politeness, I was able to get a title loan and we were able to Christmas shop early and enjoy our holidays. I paid it off the beginning of next year and couldn't be happier. Well this year, Pam was the above expectations exceeded advisor we meet with. We needed a few extra hundred due to an unforseen circumstance, and thanks to her kind help, we were pre approved for 3400! Even though that's much more than we accepted, it's amazing to know we have that peace of mind. The best part is when I pay it off, I have the option to see the wonderful crew here again to pick up my title, or we can leave it here and keep our account open incase of another emergency!
