The first woman I spoke to named Rachael was very nice but when I called back later the woman I spoke to plus the manager were very rude and nasty the second lady cut me off while I was speaking and put me on hold. She wasn’t able to find my application and then said I wasn’t approved. How when they were unable to find my application using my name and ssn. They were just being lazy and nasty.

Absolutely the best customer service! I have been to other loan companies that never gave me the best customer service like world finance. This location really has helped me to pay my sibling (little brother) back before he passed back in July. This staff was so very nice and patient with me. That's something I needed. I just want to say thanks to this location and staff for all they have done for me. Yall please don't sleep on this location/ company. They are the best!

I love the Manchester location!! Juanita took real good care of me! She explained the details of the loan in a way that I understood and Crystal closed with me & she was a pleasure. I would highly recommend them!

Pure Laziness at this location..I never received a call about my app and the lady sound more busy trying to chat with coworkers than actually doing her job

This was the most well established place I have been too....The service was impeccable...the staff is so friendly and understanding and works diligently to get you what you need....I felt right at home...I highly recommend...that if you are in need for some cash...that you visit the office off of Manchester Expressway...

They have been absolutely the best! Words cannot explain how grateful I am for this particular World. They make you feel like family, they don’t hassle you if you can’t pay on time (that’s if you call and let them know the situation). Plus, they’re always trying to get you extra money at every opportunity they can.

I called in this afternoon and spoke with an employee named Crystal. I explained to her my situation and why I needed a loan. Well, I told her FROM THE BEGINNING that I was going to need a co signer. I told her my credit wasn’t that great, but my income wasn’t a problem. She told me she would have to get my information first, and then she would call my step mom to get her information as a co signer. So we hung up off of the phone, and I called my step mom to make sure that was okay. She said yes. So then, I called Mrs. Crystal back and gave her my information for my application. She told me she would run it, and call me back to let me know if I needed my step mom as a co signer. 40 minutes go by after it was submitted and I never heard from Crystal after that. So I called back up there and I was informed that Crystal “stepped out” she didn’t bother telling me my application status. So, come to find out I was denied oh and guess what?? THEY DONT DO CO SIGNERS. But Mrs. Crystal failed to tell me that. She led me to believe that I could have a co signer which is THE ONLY reason I applied for a loan. If I would have known from the beginning that I wasn’t going to able to have my step mom co sign I would’ve never applied. So I explain to the lady how crystal told me that I was able to have a co signer, she would just have to get her information. Well the lady on the phone basically called me and liar, and she said “I can assure you no one from here told you that.” THEN WHY ELSE WOULD I PUT IN AN APPLICATION FOR JUST MYSELF IF I ALREADY KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING I WOULD NEED A CO SIGNER. I’ve never delt with this place before and I never will. Corporate WILL BE hearing from me. Seeing how they ran my credit for no reason.
