I had no complaints with the office itself. Lenette did her job the best she could the only complaint I have is with their customer service rep (Ann) is very unprofessional and very rude. If I am customer have any problem you should be willing to listen to my problems not always cutting me off and say I need to listen to you. But as far as employee at the store no problems just very frustrated my car is somewhere and nobody knows where it is in a 24 hour period. And paid in full!

I pawned my title in November it is now January I have paid several payments more than what it is now I want to take my title out and pay it off however they are telling me that it is paid up to March but I can still pay it off I just lose the extra two months of payments those two payments should have went to my principal not months ahead of Interest so I'm guessing I am supposed to leave those two months with them I just spoke on the phone with them and they told me well I could just wait till March to pay this is ridiculous not professional at all they need to fix their website too and not tell people that anything extra you pay goes towards your principal when they put it torched next month's interest and they gave me a 1-800 number to call supposedly it is Corporate and corporate said they did not know why they are doing that they cannot do it I need to call their District and when I asked about the district she said that she would email me and for me to call them back about 4 but she is the one who gave me the number to start out with to call corporate and has no interest in letting me talk to District I think it is ridiculous to have to get a lawyer for something like this especially if I have never been late or anyting and I am trying to pay my title off at one time oh well I guess it will cost a little more to pay a lawyer but it's better than having someone step all over youin............ To the reply of TitleMax owner I contacted that number on January 11th 2020 at 1:50 call twice no answer I called back on January 13th at 8:52 in the morning and they told me that there was nothing they can do about it until the count is over 30 days late they cannot get into my account that I needed to contact the district manager which when I called the store and asked if I could get the number to the district manager Edna told me that that is her boss she would talk to them and email me never heard nothing back today is the 24th
