Today has been an amazing experience with the lovely lady staff at this location. MS. Kennedy was pleasant and took her time to explain everything to me. The whole process was pretty fast and the most important part was they made me feel welcomed. Even the GM came over and shook my hand. The customer service at this location is very unprofessional. I cannot begin to explain how awful this experience was but this place of business should be either shut down or replaced with all new staff. Very nasty and rude attitudes and seem to make me feel like I was the cause of the problem for going off of information that they gave to me in the first place. They give slick threats and remarks and treat there job as a drama tv series. I really wish I knew the name of the one lady in particular who acts the most childish and disrespectful. Very unsatisfied and no regard for how the customer feels. If she is seeing this I hope you get the help you need because you seem VERY unfulfilled in the position you currently hold within that company.

Today we walked in to recieve a title loan, and immediately as we approached all of the ladies were very unprofessional and looking suspicious as if we were criminals. A white lady that was in there with lots of tattoos wasnt being looked at as suspicious and being asked over 100 times if she had a previous account with them. All of the ladies that work at this location should be terminated, their rude unprofessional, mean, and nasty. Please go to another Title Pawn place because they should be shut down for their extremely bad customer service.
