Monica at title max was absolutely wonderful. She helped my mother & I with every question we had and was super patient. Not only was she patient but she explained everything very well and gave excellent customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend her services! She was awesome !

Went in had a very pleasant conversation with Mr. Mo and he helped me out greatly and pushed to get to close to my goal.

Very nice and professional while signing up for the loan. But when we decided to pay it off the following month? Complete 180! The lady was going back and forth with me about my husband wanting to keep the line of credit open. Yeah, that was before he saw he was being charged over $700 for a $6900 loan, just for the first month! He didn’t completely understand that at first, and doesn’t feel like that was explained to him up front. So, no! He didn’t want to keep it anymore. I offered for her to call him herself to hear it directly from him, but she declined. Her was attitude completely was off. I’m like what’s the problem? Why the hassle for paying off the account? It’s almost as if she was upset that we paid it off too soon, like it was decreasing her commission/ sales goals 🤔🤨🧐

Went in to check my options for an emergency situation I had run into. Jaquelle assisted me and we had good conversation while she processed my paperwork. She offered different options for me and didn’t make me feel like she was just trying to pump me to get more money that I didn’t need.
