This was my last resort and felt the same as most people do, but when I got to the office, Joseph, the Manager, ,made me feel so welcome, put my mind and worries at ease, took his time to address any concerns that I had and answered all my questions. He made the whole process very easy. I left Titlemax wondering why I didn't do this earlier. I am definitely going to refer and recommend this office to anyone who wants to get a loan. They have this new card system where you can link it to your account and draw additional funds via the app. It's convenient, once you set it up. No checks to deposit, no fuss fo mess. Went to title max to get a loan on my title. Shawana assisted us. She was very nice and professional. She did her best to get us the amount we asked for.

Despite of how nice some of the staff might be here do not I repeat do not take your title here they'll give you the money for sure, but amount that they setup for you to pay doesn't do anything for interest. You'll be stuck in this loan for a,lifetime this place is a setup to take your car!!! The interest rate is unexplained and extremely high.. that saying they have... "get your title back with titlemax" is false advertisement.. you will not get it back... please listen despite of the other reviews stay away from this company!! This is a warning they.. if you need money try your luck some where else. Be cause if you get in a bind and can't pay they don't care and late fee is wrong.. coming here was the biggest mistake of my life and I'll never do it again ever!!! I got my title back from them I'm so happy never again and the manager Joseph is very rude. Please think twice before dealing with this company
