When I first pawned my title I had a great experience with Talease . Here it is a few months later after paying on it every month since then ..I needed to make a payment arrangement, which shouldn’t be a problem because times are hard! Called and Tasha whoever that is ..it was my FIRST time speaking with her and she was VERY RUDE ( she made it her business to tell me she was the general manager as if I cared cause you can be out of a job just like any other person ) After going back and forth with her ( first mistake on her part ) she decides to hang up in my face. The audacity of a general manager to give a customer a hard time about something so simple !!! People get into manager position and think they can say and do whatever..by the way ..my mother in law knows the DISTRICT MANAGER all it takes is one phone call thank you

Talease was very nice and provided top tier customer service. She was very informative on the whole process and made everything understandable. She was very helpful when I asked her a question. She made the whole process easy.
