Always a pleasurable experience when I visit. Staff are polite and helpful but not too overbearing. (Because when a woman is in a pawn shop looking at tools, men tend to respond as if she's lost). Store is clean and there's always lots of new items to chose from with each visit. Today Derek was the lucky one to wait on me. Thank you, Derek...for your friendly service and pleasant conversation.

Got there at 5:40pm and was refused service when they closed at 6:00pm, AFTER I already called them and asked if they were willing to buy the item I wanted to sell and they said to come on up there, they close at 6. I was told to come the next day for something that would have taken 10 minutes and they still had customers in the store. They need to change their business hours if they are going to try to stop working before close.

I love doing business here!! Everyone is so friendly and goes out of the way to make sure I always get a good deal going and coming!!

So I pawned some items a few months ago and made an agreement to pay for them over time. A couple days after that I brought more items with the same agreement. I asked when I made my payment "I just make one payment for all my stuff each month right?" They said "Yes." So I took their word. Now come to the future I paid off my items and noticed some things are missing. I asked them where's the rest, they said that was everything. I gave them details on my merchandise and they told me "Oh... Well no payment was made to these items so we sold them." So. Not only did they lie about my payments, they didn't even bother to let me know my items were being sold. Had they told me "If you don't give us a payment by this date we will sell your items" I would have made arrangements. The employee just shrugged it off and told me "Oh. Well we sold them so, sorry." With a tone that shows how little they really care. NEVER do business with them unless you like dirty environments, uncaring staff and high prices.

Went by the other day just looking, I was met by one of the guys that works there his name was TJ and I started talking about a problem I was having with my gun. He told me to bring it in if I had so I brought it in, well he cleaned it and fixed up for me it now works better than it has ever before. Again thanks TJ.

Best pawn shop I've ever been to, customer service is excellent.
