Jaime was great. Answered all my question and concerns. Great customer service from here. They greeted me and my kids as soon as we entered . Gave my kids crayons and something to draw to keep them busy . I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

My experience here was very smooth and pleasant! Joe and his partner Jose made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and were very transparent about terms and conditions. I was a bit uneasy giving my car as collateral, but it's a short term loan and with my credit I had limited options. I have to say that I was skeptical at first, but after speaking with Ramon & Taime and the customer service I received from both. My understanding of the whole process was not bad at all. One thing about it, they shot it to me straight. Nothing hidden or anything. Great job guys.

For what this is worth, I initially took out a loan with titlemax arleta. Was very happy with the service. So I’ve been going to multiple loan agencies and Thank God My Experience here at the Arleta branch of TitleMax has been the best choice I’ve made. The staff is amazing especially Mr. Joe he made sure it would be a fast process along with Mr.Jorge and Mr.Ramon taking the time to answer the questions I asked as well explaining all the information I needed to know and having my requirements processed and within the hour I screamed woooohoooo. Needed some extra money quick, came in to title max in Arleta and Ramon helped me out! Joe was nice but trust me this is not the route you want to take when you are broke. The prey on the poor for a short term solution to your money issues. They are located only in areas that are low income for a temporary solution. They took my car today and I only blame myself. Don't do it the interest is high and you will lose your vehicle. Don't do it
