Last minute emergency, needed to get out of town and see a loved one and they were the only people open late last minute on a Saturday. Until 9pm Monday through Saturday and 9 to 7p.m. carla was very nice and worked with me on the price. She is very nice and educated in all fields. Best price for gold and everything. Whose. Fair all the way around and no haggling or knit picking.

I live in Reseda but I don't mind coming here in Panorama City, it is worth it, Tony was extremely profesional and helpful. They gave me good money for pawning my professional camera, where other places would offer a lemon they were able to lend me good money, plus they are flexible with the time to pay them back! I went in recently and was helped by Karla. Very nice person, and also very welcoming. Over all nice and quick service.

There’s no pick up after 5pm cause the safe is close. But they’ll buy and sell no problem. No where on there website or online did they say anything about not being able to pick up after 5. On the ticket it says “You may redeem the property you have pledged at any time until the close of business…” waste of time and gas👎

This place is great because it’s open 7days a week and closes late. Tony is awesome he’s always so happy to help no matter the time. Also you know your safe when Kilo the security guard is there.
