Alejandra was super friendly. She didn't degrade you or make you feel bad for coming in for a loan. The whole process was very simple and she explained everything as far as the loan and repayments. Answered every single question! If you are ever in a bind, go see her at the Florence location. Very friendly, helpful, and respectful staff!!
