I’m writing this review for my great grandmother Emma. Today is her birthday and she has a pay day loan at this location. My grandma told the sweet lady, she thinks her name is Ashley, that it was her birthday and that none of her kids were able to do anything for her today. My great grandma got back from paying her bills this afternoon, and there were flowers delivered on her porch from Ashley at check and go. My grandma says they always bother her to write a review But that she’s never been able to because she does not know how to use the Internet or have a smart phone or anything. When she saw the flowers, she about cried and told me to help her give a Google review to say how much she loves the new manager Ashley and how thoughtful she was today.Thank y’all for thinking of my grandma on her birthday

Theresa and Jovanna are the nicest ladies at a loan place by far they are willing to walk you through step by step and go the extra mile to help you. They are funny and friendly and really make this a better experience even if you don’t get approved you’ll leave happy from a good experience.

They are friendly, kind, generous and very helpful. The store manager Ashliegh is wonderful. Samantha is very sweet. They both help you understand what is going on with your account.

The worker named Stephanie was awful. She was so messed up on drugs ot was sad. She had very bad manners. She was burpping in the customers face out loud. I refuse to use her. We do love Theresa in that store though. If Theresa wasnt there we would take our business else where. We have never had a bad or rude service from her.
