Thomas Carlson was great. He was up front and honest. It was 0 hassle and I receive a check the same day. It was only about a 15 minute process. I definitely recommend you working with him if you have to do a title loan! Just went in for repayment. The young female was rude for no reason. I was asking for details on my loan and she just kept repeating "You owe 397 today". I'm disappointed and the way she tried to handle me. I'll be back in two days to pay this off. If i'm ever in need, I'll never return here. I went in today and explain to Mr. Carlson what happened. He did a great job in correcting someone else mistake. I retract my comment to the extent of, you should only work with Mr. Carlson if you are ever in a situation and need cash fast. Thank you Mr. Carlson! Hopefully I never need you again but if I do, I know who to trust and where to come!
