Mrs. Patsy & Mr. TK was awesome! They greeted my husband & I as we walked in the door with smiles & offered us a cup of cool water while they assisted us on our title pawn. We didn't even have to sit and wait. They both helped getting my title pawn done & made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. They assisted us and it didn't take a long. Absolutely wonderful place to do business. Melissa is the go to person! She very quick, nice, accurate and will do her absolutely best to get you the best rate possible. Even with a several customers she was able to get us in and out within 30 minutes. I replied recommend her anytime!

Melissa has very good customer service skills. If you want to get in and out quick see her she's the one for the job. You can even go on your lunch break and see her and she will have you back in time .

I’d recommend TitleMax. They were close and their lending service was good. It helped me out a lot.Everybody at TitleMax was really nice, and handled everything great, and I definitely will recommend them. The lending process was fast and easy. I got a vehicle title loan. They just needed the title and they took pictures of the inside and the outside. And that was pretty much it. There were two ladies that waited on me. They were very good and positive. They even helped me. Instead of me having to put all the information in, they did it for me. I paid them off pretty quickly.

Okay service. Didn't explain that the interest rate was high until after the quote... when I went to pay on title loan for the first time it was higher than expected...when I ask Representative about how much I'll pay after I received the loan she said she couldn't verify it until the day of my first time payment...if I wasn't in a bind at that point in time...I honestly would have waited on getting the loan ...this is my second time getting a title loan after paying it off the first time and I never had any problems with them before until now...I should've went back to the same title place I did before...
