Started off super helpful and kind. Unfortunately I got stiffed on a job and then Covid days after I got my Loan. Sara was very nice and understanding when she learn of what was going on. I am a small business owner and if I don’t work I don’t feed my family or pay bills. This chain of events crippled me but they were patient and for that I’m thankful. Fast forward I need to make my payment. I go into make it and my card won’t work. It’s the way they charge the funds and PayPal won’t let it go through. I was hot! Long story short I got it paid. I’ve been behind this whole time. Between weather or fraud or Covid it’s been a tough time for me. I don’t dodge phone calls and I pay as soon as I can. I don’t know what happened to change Sara’s attitude so bad but this is not the same person I’ve talk to before. I asked if there was a number I could call for assistance your something and she very rudely lets me know I’m going to be told the same thing. I get it you hear sob stories all day. I’m merely seeing if I have options to not lose a vehicle that I use for work. I lost my temper with her and let my mouth run, and instantly felt bad and called in to apologize just to be met with more bad attitude and “ I’m with a customer” can let it go i was just a jerk but I’m a customer too. Yes I’ve been late and but I’m trying but seems like that doesn’t mean much. Not in this day and age. 2022 where business can treat you like trash and still get your $

I love this place! This is the only loan place that actually approves me with bad credit for a title loan! I got approved more for what I expected! Very much thanks to Sara !

She made all the phone calls and explained everything crystal clear when it came time to move my loan from denton where I previously lived to the rowlett store closest to me now. The office was immaculent and the service was incredible. She was able to get me the money I needed, all the paperwork verified and signed, and have my card activated within the hour, allowing me to get back to work instead of missing the rest of the day. If you go to titlemax in rowlett or any other titlemax make sure you ask for Sarah. You will get the 5 star service I received and become a repeat customer indefinitely.
