Stopped in on a Thursday and Ms Crystal was working solo that day but she was still doing amazing. She helped every patron she had at a quick pace, even bouncing between two monitors to move more efficiently. She was personable and funny and made just another tedious errand way more enjoyable, even though she was clearly very busy. Keep rocking it Crystal! Thanks again for your help and answering all of our questions no matter how silly :)

Noel is a very good person to take the time to show you your account and how it's going and to go over it with you. I didn't feel rushed at all I like that because everyone is busy, but he definitely wants you to stay focus and on the same page as the company.

My first time coming to Title Max was a great experience!🙂 I was nervous at first because I normally don't do loans but was in a bind so i need emergency funds right away... so my mom referred me to Title Max .. Every one at the Midlothian Turnpike location is so pleasant and polite and willing and able to assist.. I went in for a 1 time loan and have been coming back ever since.

I've used TitleMax on several occasions. I found the staff at 6812 Midlothian Turnpike to the most friendliest, professional & warmhearted staff ever... Ms Kristine Jean-Louis has been very helpful and informative everytime.

Sometimes you just need extra cash to get through a tough time like an expensive car repair. Realize that this choice may cost you almost double if you don’t pay back right away and even then, it could cost a lot more than your budget. I don’t recommend this option for everyone but, if you understand what your doing then talk to Kristine, she will get you what you need. Great customer service.

Tiffany and Noel are freakin awesome! I came in right before they were about to close and they happily helped me. They even got me approved for more than what I was wanting to borrow. Would recommend !

This was my first time ever going to title max the staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. My service very fast and efficient a young lady by the name of Tina Williams took care of me. If you are going through a hard time and want to be treated right go see Noel. Unfortunately I had really bad experiences with the rest of the staff but he was consistently kind to me. I'll be honest and say that if you can figure out another way to get around having to do a title loan then you should absolutely avoid it but if you have no other choice like me then go see him!
