Miriam was professional and efficient although the process on her end seemed daunting with all the pictures.

My dude went in to get a title loan at this location. She gave him an issue from the jump judging the book by its cover (he always gets judged). He didn’t get her name but she was big and had dark hair with glasses. It’s funny he goes to presto Loans the next day and gets a loan. The gorda at title max said he couldn’t get a loan anyways because supposedly he had a lien on his vehicle. But presto went out their way and called dmv to find out he had a lien for a different vehicle that was abandoned an abandoned vehicle fee. Presto loans paid the 500$ Lien off and gave me a check! Not to mention title maxs rate is 10% higher than presto. The gorda just kept finding reasons after reasons why he wouldn’t give him the loan we even asked about a registration loan but she shot that down too. Maybe because she was ready to go home cause he want in 30 before closing. Long story short don’t waste your time go to a different place.

I give the company 5 stars. Title Max approved me for a little more then what I wanted. I appreciate that. However, if I had the option to give stars on the management , it would be a 3 star. The manager Mariam, started off working on my loan. In the middle of it, she explained she needed to run a errand and told me the other lady was going to help me. So she left. The other young lady, Alexis I believe, was already helping someone else. Alexis was now working on 2 loans. I want to personally thank Alexis for making me feel just as important as the other customer she was working on. Alexis kept on apologizing for jumping back-and-forth on two separate desks to help us both. That is what a great dedicated worker looks like. I don’t know If someone is allowed to work at two loans at once, but Alexis did it and she was great.
