I went into Title max today to apply for a loan. Janet Cooper is the one that helped me. I was very impressed with both of the Employees at my local Title Max. Amber Brown was very friendly, but at the same time completely professional. My application was processed quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service or the employees. I recommend Title Max to whoever needs a loan promptly.

In all actuality, I was very dissatisfied with the service. I took two hours to get a loan. The employee that serviced me kept getting interrupted by another employee with conversation when all I wanted was no distractions so I could leave. They also issued me a check that no one will cash at walmart and Kroger. I wont be going back.

The lady I spoke to at Title max Was Amber and she was so helpful and knowledgeable of the policies and really broke them down to where I could understand all of the loan mumbo-jumbo. Getting a title loan is very scary but I felt like I was in very safe hands with Amber.
