My title max experience was beyond amazing! I didn’t plan on stopping by until I saw the sign that mentioned they offered personal loans as well as others. As I walked in, I was greeted by one of the most amazing sales representatives I’ve ever encountered. Her name was Angie and she was very kind, patient and professional in assisting me with my loan. She even listened to me talk for half an hour and it made me feel very welcomed. They even gave me a gift just for being a customer. This title max is amazing!! I’ve never been so excited about paying money back in my life. Haha. I recommend this location to everyone. Rather you need a quick buck or even bigger bucks... Title Max is the place to Go!

This is one of the worse locations I asked for a extension ahead of schedule was told I had to come in to sign paperwork. I got there a phone call was made extension given. That was crazy I live far and gas is almost $5 a gallon. This was the worse customer service everything could have been done over the phone.

This was my first time ever getting a title loan and I have to admit the apprehension. But upon going through the process, it was pretty benign. Marilyn was the lady that I work with to finalize everything and she was great. I did however work with Jesse and Jose during the initial process and the whole experience was very good for me. They help me out of a jam with no problem. Keep them in mind if you are ever in consideration of a title loan.

I came and I was greeted at the door by Priscilla Chavez it was really difficult for me to come in to ask for help, but Ms. Priscilla made me feel comfortable and explained everything as she proceeded with the process. She treated me with courtesy and respect the entire process was quick and painless she even took the time to find the loan that was best for me there was no rushing. This location is awesome! I walked in with my brother 2 weeks ago distraught because of a very poor encounter with another loan company. It was a true blessing meeting Kristina who went above and beyond to help meet our financial needs.
