I was going trough a difficult time and I had to replace all my personal debit and credit cards and my bank was in Germany so the only way I could get money was By getting new cards or transfering money in few words everything would take days to be able in get money but i heard about tittle max n 8510 in a Figueroa in Los Angeles and in less then 45 min Mr Efrain and Nestor make it happen I walk out with the money I need it. Although I didn't want to do this, I had no other options. Ephriam helped me as much as he could and I was able to take care of some bills that needed immediate attention. He was very knowledgeable about the information I needed, as well as encouraging me to get my loan paid off with minimal interest.

I own my vehicle, new from out of state and politely called to speak with a rep re: a potential loan w/ 2 questions relating to this, the rep had me on speaker and insisted she could help. She was not competent to answer therefore she had me on speaker and a gentleman was answering in the background as she relayed clearly both of them audible. So i heard each answer 2xs. I did ask for clarification of what a "vin verification is... if I own/ possess my title". I own my vehicle, and title. The guy told her to hang up, ....and so she did (Carla)!!!!. Never established a loan but this is a group I would Not work with, poor communication and incompetent. Simple questions can't be answered. I CLEARLY HEARD HIM SAY "HANG UP!" Its unfortunate for established customers unable to communicate NOR ask questions

I went so far to 3 other title loans and they were all expensive l had to pay back a lot money this title max has helped me so much they help you fast every nice and they help you in less then 30 minutes and they will try to find a way to say yes to you!!! Best place ever
