Great place to get a loan store is clean, organized and new. But the store is not what makes it good its the welcoming enviroment you get when they meet you at the door they make you feel like you are a star. Olga Steven and Elmer are professional from start to finish the are informative and know their product well in the first minute u get the feeling that they want to help you anyway that they can and have ur best intrest in mind. If you need a loan or information on how to get one i suggest u call them! They will go above and beyond to get u what you need.

Elmer is the best. He explained every aspect of getting a title loan with title max. He assured me this is a good decision because I’m in need of funds. He was such a gentleman to me. Offered me beverages and chips. Just a all around great place.

My dad need a title loan and he told me to go with him so that I can help translate for him. But the general manager Luis was spoke Spanish and he was very pateint with my father. He went over all the paperwork and how the payment work. Overall great customer service and very welcoming

You have to go ask for Luis. Luis was very helpful. And he explained in great details how the loan worked. He was very attentive and his customer service was good. You won’t be disappointed with Luis .
