Stefano was very helpful and clear about the process of title loans. I was nervous and had many questions. He was patient and professional during the whole process. I left under an hour with my loan payment in hand! Wonderful experience when your in need!

Went into the office needing a loan, hoping we even qualified for one. The staff was very kind and friendly and talked us through the process. Our loan officer was very polite and answered all question we had. He was very knowledgeable and made us very happy customers. I highly recommend anyone who needs a little help financially to come by and see them.

I wasn't sure how this was going to work and I thought it was going to be so difficult. I went into TitleMax and I was immediately greeted by Stefano who was so friendly and helpful. He explained to me how everything works and he got me approved in less than 20 min! I urgently needed some extra cash and this really helped me, not sure what I would have done without their help. Quicker and easier than I expected! Jose really went out of his way to help. I've already recommended their services to someone and I haven't even technically finished everything yet. My particular case was slightly complicated, so it's taken a couple of hours, but by the time all's said & done, I'll have a fresh CA title and new registration too (through a local partner)!

Great Customer Service. From the moment we stepped in, Erika was very helpful and friendly. She processed our title loan as fast as she could considering it was the weekend and she was the only there answering other calls as well. She made it a very simple and easy process, and was very forthgoing in answering my questions as well as if I'd be okay with the monthly payments and interest of the loan.

We came in this morning to inquire about a title loan. We were greated by the general manager Larry who made our entire process so easy and smooth. Not only was the process easy, Larry made it an effort to get to know us and have great conversation. While we waited for our paperwork to process (which doesn't take long), we discussed travelling, good coffee shops and the perks of living in sunny San Diego. He was knowledgeable of the process, gave us tips on how to best manage our loan, and answered our questions every step of the way. It's rare to get the kind of outstanding service we got today, especially when dealing with loans. Larry and his co-worker Erica exceeded our expectations and I recommend there services to anyone looking to get a title loan. You will not be disappointed. Oh, and they have great coffee while you wait and smooth jazz music playing in the background.

Super easy and helpful. They gave me steps to take to pay off my loan faster and smarter. They answered all my questions I had with my loan and even took the time to explain the apr with me.

Stefano and Ericka are awesome. I walked into the office desperate for a lump of cash. They helped me overcome all my obstacles. I needed to take some DMV steps to make it a go. I considered a stop at the DMV ahead of time. However, when I saw the line, I just decided TitleMax could help by utilizing their DMV person.so I went. Got superb customer service. They were both super polite, respectful and professional. They were also honest and forthcoming with details of my loan, what the payments would be and really, Stefano got me a good interest rate that is reasonable for me to repay them.
