Eric Cole was amazing from 3 years ago till today 2018. He was an awesome help to my family. He made us feel so comfortable when we walked in and friendly, but not pushy. I would recommend if you're looking for a loan to come see him in Bedford TX. He explains anything you don't understand over and over if he needs to without hesitation.

I love this place, if I need $$$ I just call Kelly at the Bedford store and voila. Caching, money in my hand. Just like magic, streamlined process and service. Your in and out so quick they should build a drive thru. Give her a call if you love cash.

Yesterday my husband and I went in for our 3rd loan from Title Max. Every time I've gone in to this location the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. Eric helped us yesterday and was fantastic. He was enthusiastic and we had a great time talking with him while he worked on inputting our loan information and getting us approved. Plus, he kind of looks like an American Gerard Butler. ;-) If you are looking for a loan check out Title Max. They really do make it easy and will work with you to get you what you need.

This was my first time doing a title loan and Eric made it very quick and painless. I highly recommend going to see him for any quick-cash needs! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling like I had all the tools I needed for success.

I had a very positive experience at this location. Eric provided good customer service and went above and beyond to help customers even after the store was closed for the day. He provided pleasant conversation about his wife and family to keep things from getting awkward. And gave helpful information concerning my loan and even followed up to make sure everything worked out. I also had a positive experience with the other gentleman, Jerelle, working in the afternoons. Personally I would definitely consider using title max again but I would not do so if you have a time crunch. I would also communicate as much as possible to avoid any confusion or mix ups. The first place I tried offered me a ridiculously low amount and the second place didn't even bother returning my call, so I was a bit discouraged when I finally tried calling TitleMax. Kelly was really friendly, so I stopped by on my way home from work and I am glad I did. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process.
