I have recommended you numerous times and if I need assistance again you are at the top of the list & the first ones I call. If until then, don't knock your self out of the ratings. Was a pleasant experience everyone was nice and helpful

This review is in regards to Gustavo, the apparent manager of this location. My car was repossessed Tuesday over night. Which was my fault, I will admit. I was not able to pay of the last $1,800 they expected from me. But you know, we are in the middle of a pandemic, times are tough. Stuff happens. I rounded up the money the best way I could Wednesday during the day to pay it off. The delays that happened just to finish this and be done with it is what was ridiculous. First I called as soon as the location opened, I was told nothing could be done yet until the tow company sent them the proper paperwork. Understandable. Gustavo then said he would call when paperwork was available. Never called. I called at 3 when I had a moment at work and he then said he had the paperwork. So there’s no telling how long he had the paperwork before I called him. I understand that he was the only person in the office. But with a company of this size, they can’t have other people working at home or other locations to help things along? Guess not. Once said paperwork was available I went to the office to give them the money and get the paperwork to get my vehicle released. Went home to call the tow company around 5. The women at the towing company was very nice and accommodating. But she informed me that they could not release my vehicle because the paperwork Title Max sent them was incorrect. She was not able to elaborate on what was incorrect, but it was something Title Max needed to fix before anything can be done. She called the Title Max office with no answer. Which again, understandable to a certain degree, Gustavo was the only person in the office, if he was with a customer he wouldn’t be able to pick up the phone. The woman at the towing company said she left a voicemail for them and would stay 20 minutes passed closing time at the towing office, which was incredibly nice of her. Her call was never returned and she left the office. I even called the office myself at 5:50 while she was still at the towing office to see if anyone would answer at Title Max. He did. Said he would get on it. He did not. They got what they wanted. Their money. But they couldn’t do the one thing needed for me to get my vehicle back, send the corrected paperwork necessary for me be done with them. The fact the woman at the towing company stayed pass her normal time at the office to help me, but the “manager” at Title Max couldn’t just check his voicemail and send the corrected paperwork before leaving the office shows how little they care.

Vanessa was extremely helpful! She made this process so easy! And now my daughter can get her braces put on tomorrow!
