I didnt wanna even give one star but I had no choice to. This speedy cash is full of loan sharks. My husband and I got a $700 loan. We only had one parent left and then they told us we owed $1,000. Then the woman was very rude to my husband by telling him it's his own fault for not going into the store. I DO NOT recommend this place!!

I applied for a loan online and was told to verify bank info which I sent my bank statement and pay stubs to them and was told to go in store for the loan, this location then called me and told me I could come in to get the loan and all I needed was to bring checking account information, I let them know I used my cash app checking account mainly and that’s where my payroll and deposits go to, they said okay that was fine and then I called again today before I went to make sure I could stop by and when I went in they told me they couldn’t accept my cash app. I literally wasted money on Ubers just to be able to go by today that I could have saved. Such a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The customer service representative Lety was very helpful and patient helping me with my application. She answered all my questions and showed knowledge and professionalism during the entire process. I thank her and the speedy staff for helping me get the loan i needed! Darnell

The workers are extremely nice, polite and sweet, but the company is rigged, do not pull a loan out here, GO TO A BANK FOR A LOAN, CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH. Loan bills kept going up after paying more than what I was supposed to, lucky my new job kept me financially stabled and helped me bounce back from all my troubles because if i was still working fast food and pulled a loan from here, I wouldn't probably committed suicide later down the line, so plz, be smart and pull a loan that will build your credit, DONT NOT GO TO SPEEDY CASH!!!!

I was not told that my payment would automatically be taken out from my card without my permission. I was told that I could go in the store to make a payment or I could CALL to make a payment with a card. Do not recommend to get a loan from any fast cash stores.

Customer service was great but the way the company ran I wouldn't recommend this cash place at ALL. Due to the fact you make your payments plus more but your balance never go down . Every payment you make intrest keeps going right back up. So its either pay off balance or keep getting charged high interest. So people please don't be Fooled by this place.

Horrible experience. I tried to cash my income tax check there today (4/26/22) and they asked a whole bunch of personal questions like: what was your original balance on your tax return? They tried to say my tax lady (that I’ve used for years) charged me too much to do my taxes. 1. It’s not a check cashing places business what my original balance was for my tax return. 2.What I got back on my return is my balance. My first experience there and definitely my last. They wont be getting my business ever again.

Wonderful place for people with prepaid cards. I got helped for a loan by the assistant manager Edith. She was a really nice and helpful.
