I had a great experience with the representative Virginia. She was very accurate in explaining my payments and due date to me for my loan,friendly and professional. I had recently done a loan with ace title loan and their interest rate was ridiculous. I was very happy to come do business with title max where they had a lower interest rate. I will definitely come back here to do another loan if I need to.

This location is by far the best I've been to. Their customer service is awesome and they make you feel very welcome. They never have a problem with answering any questions, they also make sure you understand everything you're agreeing too. The manager at this location is very professional and down to earth, I really love her because she was willing to work with me. If I should need another loan I will not hesitate to come back. Excellent customer service was turned down by a couple of other title loan companies. They got us a great amount and we were in and out. Mrs.Frazier did a great job with us.
