Such an awesome group of women! Mrs shante had us ready to go soon as we got in the door, and all we had to do is sign, get our check and go! Interest rate was very reasonable and payments affordable. We’ll definitely use this location every time we need a title loan as long as these wonderful women are there!!

One of the ladies is very unprofessional, talked about quitting job and how she is tired of working at Alabama title loan while I was in waiting area. When verifying my references she told me don’t worry about putting any more numbers down as she probably wasn’t going to collect on my loan anyway. Basically saying that I wouldn’t pay the loan back. I payed my loan 1-2week later after and it’s been over 4 weeks still haven’t received my title. I’ve called three times and keep getting the run around when I asked for the manager the woman named Linda said she was the manager, yelled and hung up on my face when I told her she has been giving me inconsistent information and when I told her I wanted her to have a manager call me back. Very disgusting woman to represent her employer this way.
