These ladies are nothing less than amazing and always provides me with perfect customer service. When I go to pay or ask questions I usually deal with Brittany and she is always super kind and easy to talk to and makes my experience there much better than most places. They’re not your average rude corporate employees you see from day to day. Thanks guys for being so great to me!!!

These employees are awesome and so helpful. I take out a title loans pretty often just because its helpful when I have any type of unexpected bills and this office always makes sure to get me what I need to get caught up. I highly recommend this office specifically because they go above and beyond for the customer.

I have been using Title Max in Hixson for as long as I can remember. The current staff is by far the best they've ever had. Tommy and Jennifer always go above and beyond to give you the best customer service experience possible. They take customer privacy very seriously and will not discuss account information with anyone not listed on the account. Every staff member is always professional and goes out of their way to work with you the help meet your current needs.

I went in so nervous about getting a Title Pawn and after meeting Jennifer at the door I felt really good about being there. They lay everything out for you, no hidden fees or anything. I got a $1,000 loan and was out the door in 30 minutes. Great place to go and they work with you.

Run as fast as you cam they. Wanna take your vehicles no matter what they say i wouldnt steal but i would say. If they like your vehicle then you will loose your vehicle. The manager is as crooked as they come like I said RUN STAY AWAY FROM THE 153 STORE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER WAY BUT PLEASE RUN FAST AND KEEP YOUR VEHICLE to whom it may concerned about the reaction ro my review .....but to answer your reply my opinion is as followed I think the manager if he like the vehicle you WILL TAKE THAT CAR if he likes your vehicle no questio. I absolutely love doing business with this location..I know the Agents in the Store they know me when I call..we sit and talk when I go in...I have had numerous Accounts with this location , and we do great business together easy pay plans, and are a Courteous Staff. They are a very fun people to deal with.. It makes taking out a loan alot easier when you can go in Stress free about doing it... They make you feel Welcome... Jennifer and Tommy are Great ...well the whole Crew is Awesome! I can't complain about anyone who's ever worked at that location. Thanks Guys for always being available for my extra Financial Needs. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I got a loan on our car here and I must say that it was much different then we both thought ! It was very easy and the manager along with everyone else were very nice and friendly ! I was so skeptical about coming here but after getting all my questions answered and the manager explaining it , I felt much better and will recommend to anyone needing some help ! I've never done a title loan before and I've always been extremely hesitant to do it but I landed in a situation where I needed the money and these guys made it super easy and also made me feel more comfortable doing the loan. I got to leave with the money I needed and I felt great about doing it. If you need a friendly, quick place to get a title loan this is it. Seriously loans are such a headache and can make you uneasy but I had no hesitations here!

I can say my wife and I have always been treated with kindness . Even with new management this place has always been friendly and professional . They have helped my family when in a struggle and made us feel good when we pay off . We always come back when we have to because of how we r treated .

This office is completely unprofessional and lacks compassion for their customers. My experience was with Tommy, the Manager. His customer service was awful. At one point, he told me, “You’re just mad cause I’m not giving you what you want.” This is a representation of my experience and how Tommy made me feel as a customer of this office. If you end up doing business with Title Max, I would advise you to choose a different office, or a different company completely.

Everyone is extremely. personable They all go above and beyond to help you understand the rates & repayment options. They even called me a few days later to ensure I was happy or had any questions. I recommend Title Max for anyone needing a short term loan.
