I came in today for a loan. What I got was probably one of the best customer service experiences I may have ever had in this city. The GM Jasminn made me feel comfortable within minutes and what was a business transaction felt like a dinner date with an old friend. We went inside the location. In and out with Amy in less then 35/45 mins. She was Outstanding and very detailed. We appreciate the speed! We called other stores prior to coming, Attitudes were horrible. We ended up speaking with Ashley, she also explained to process very well and told us to come by they would make it simple. Amazing team at that store!!

I worked with Jasmine and she was so great to work with! The other two ladies Shaneise and Amber were very nice as well. They were Very respectful and courteous and nice!! Marty is AMAZING! He is thorough and explains your loan to you in detail. Instead of saying, “after 90 days, your loan payments will have a principle 5% increase”, he tells his customers.. “it’s important to pay your loan in ____ # of days because ___________”. This means a lot to me because it helps me budget and know exactly what to pay, when, and to keep the interest rates down. I was so unsure about going in for a loan as the interest rates and putting my car, of all things, up for collateral but I felt so much better after Marty took care of me and my loan process. I would HIGHLY recommended Marty to anyone that needs a loan! He is extremely knowledgeable in what time of loan is best for you and why that is your best option. Honest, reliable, and affordable..... Marty is the best!

I came in on 7/15 to get a small loan. I was greeted and helped by Ms. Jasminn. she offered chips, water, etc. I have not been in a building with such good customer service. She was in office by herself and was very busy. she was able to assist me and others at the same time. She worked very hard that day. I received a call from Ms. Jasminn on today to make sure I fully understood the loan and did not have any further questions. She ensured I download the app which she stated it will be useful throughout the duration of my loan. Once again I enjoyed the service Ms.Jasminn offered.
