I drove all the way over to this location of Title Max a couple of days ago, and that entire 3 hour drive, all I could think about is what if I drive all this way and don’t get what I need? It was indeed a nerve racking drive, but the moment I walked through that door and was greeted so kindly and saw how bright Jennifer’s smile was that stress immediately lifted! I’ve been to banks for loans in the past, and we all know how stressful that is! Sitting there in silence, waiting for them to let you know if you’re approved or not with that intense look on their face while they work, but Jennifer made the process completely stress free! She maintained a friendly conversation, let me know every step she was taking, and explained clearly how everything would work! After taking pictures of our vehicle and telling me how nice of a car I had, which is a plus because I absolutely love my charger! She invited my fiancée and 3 year old son inside, and included them in the conversation, and spend the rest of the time trying to keep my 3 year old smiling and away from being bored while she completed the pain free and quick process! I know this is a long review, but when someone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with their work and that you’re taking care of after driving 3 plus hours, they deserve to be acknowledged for said hard work! Thank you 1000 times over Jennifer! Like I said being a tow truck driver, I’m usually financially okay, but these have been hard times for everyone, and you definitely made these dark times brighter for my family and I, and I’m far beyond greatful!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could!! God Bless you!!!!

Jennifer was awesome helping me find the best option that suited my needs. The staff that was there was very friendly, even the ones that weren't helping me. There was technical issues that caused us to stay almost an hour after closing and they didn't seem to mind as long as I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend TitleMax in Bartlett to anyone and will bring my business back if it's ever needed again!!
