I think all of the people that work at this TitleMax in Oak Ridge are super nice and professional! Matt is always very cordial and always has a smile on his face! Amanda and Buffy are also very nice and a pleasure to do business with! I am trying to rebuild my credit a little bit and took out a couple of small loans and plan on paying a few payments and then paying the whole loan off. They explained how that works and I appreciate that.

I have been going here several months now and this place is amazing, they have excellent staff and service, they help the best way they can to fit your individual needs, as well as making it easy to get a loan and pay it off. Buffy was the last person that helped me and she was wonderful she has excellent customer service and is always so sweet. She does her best to help any way she can. Chantelle is AMAZING! I typically don’t do reviews because I’m not really tech savvy but after the PHENOMENAL service she provided me with I felt like I owed this to her as a thank you. I typically don’t deal with places like these because I feel as if the employees are rude but I’m here to tell you that she changed my outlook with her positive attitude! She made me feel welcomed and assured me that she would do all she could to help me and before I left she told me if I had any questions not to hesitate to give her a call! I went to the Oak Ridge, TN branch to get my title loan and was assisted by Carolyn McNabb. Carolyn was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, which was quick and easy. She had an answer to all of my questions and concerns, and the experience couldn’t have been better in my opinion. Although I’d been through this all once before I was still anxious about it but Carolyn had me in and out with no issues whatsoever and my overall experience was better than I’d expected. Would definitely recommend TitleMax if you’re looking for the services they provide, and would absolutely recommend Carolyn for your customer service!

I don't usually have good luck with loans and such. My car needed some repairs, that I just didn't have the money for. I decided to try TitleMax. Within 30 to 45 minutes I had the money I needed to go straight to the shop. While waiting I had amazing conversations with the store managers. Had a great experience working with a wonderful lad at the OakRidge TN location. I did get less then I was aiming for but I did get a significant amount which helped greatly. They worked with me and have a relatively low payment per month.
