I was in a hurry. Had to be at work by 11. I arrived at 9 thinking they would be open. No open at 10. However the agents were on site and took the initative to get me started before the official opening. A good thing because computer clitches slowed the process. It took over an hour. I did make it to work with minutes to spare and MORE CASH than expected conveniently added to my debit card. In today's cyper business world service is provided within a software system. Yes but not totally case here. Thanks for greasing the wheels !! Ellen Skinner
