If I could give infinite stars to Andrew I would. Andrew went way out of his way to help me and walk me through my tax’s getting me through a huge life obstacle.... I came in right before he got off work. He took his time and went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure everything was filled out proper. His customer service and knowledge is superb! Thank you!

I had an issue a couple weeks ago. I received not 1 but 2 calls from the store and store manager. They made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction in the first call. Then followed up with a second call again making sure everything was fine. In todays world this is totally unheard of. It's fantastic to know there are still places that customer service means everything too. Great folks and they will help you out. Be honest with them and they'll be honest with you. I have no complaints with them. Thank you all at this store for your help and consideration with my issues and the quick resolution.

Honest and reaches out Manager super good

I visited my local Check City on Saturday I have to say the reviews online where not the best. But I gave it a try I had a check for over $1000.00. I really need to get a bill paid asap. Walking in to my local Check City was nothing like the reviews my wife and I read on-line. I walked in to a warm greeting from two ladies named Carol & Angelica. Mind you it was my first time going to a check cashing company. The experience was the best I've had in along time it was quick and easy. yes the fee was a little crazy at 5 % but the service my wife and I received made it all worth it. Please give them a try I will go back and do all my Business with this Location. Thank you for giving me and my wife the respect we deserve. Called to ask a simple question about a loan of mine and Region Manager (Carol A.) was rude with her approach about the topic, not really giving me any solutions or suggestions. The staff was excellent I just think (CAROL A.) could of have done better with her customer service skills. By listening to the customer and at instead od speaking over them and rushing them off the phone.
