If you come to this location ask for Claudia and not Ana. Ana is very rude and we let this slide before but the ticking point was her leaving my dad outside to wait in the rain while she was inside on the phone.all she had to do was put whoever was on the phone on hold to unlock the door and allow my dad to come in. If I could give five stars to Claudia I would but since this review reflects the business in general it doesn’t deserve a perfect score. Reading past reviews and seeing them rave about how great Ana is to them is great for THOSE specific customers, but my dad has been going here plenty of times and idk if she has a personal issue with my dad, but there are many times she has been rude and condescending to him. Claudia has been very helpful and super kind to my dad and I really appreciate it. Thank you for all your help and kindness Claudia, Ana could learn a lot from you.

Today I was helped by a worker named Claudia in Berwyn IL. She was very helpful and she explained everything to me In simple terms to make sure I understood everything. I will be recommending anyone that wants these kind of services to Claudia as she helped make my experience wonderful.

I’m the FedEx driver and I go into the establishment maybe ten times a month. Whenever I’m there Claudia Knazze or Ana Arias when dealing with customers or myself are always polite. They have great personalities and always greet you with a smile. One of my favorite stops not as a customer but as a delivery driver.

Since. I walk to the store, the staff from this location make me feel like I am VIP customer, Leah very nice waited for me at the door with a bottle of water and welcome me to Titlemax with a big smile, she introduce me to these other two ladies that Claudia and Aubrey that were very polite and professional, they took care of me. even though I was not able to take a loan because my proof of income they were so nice to try to help me. I highly recommend this place for a title loan great people to do business with.

Saved # on 1st visit & glad I did! Met Ms Leah Lambert closing 1st loan & return a few years later for 2nd & not only was she amazingly courteous & helpful but she remembered me!! I felt welcomed & had the nicest experience!!!

Went to the Title Max in Berwyn, and was taken care of by Ana. I would recommend anyone who has the need for a loan to come to the Berwyn location and ask for Ana. She was friendly, professional and basically made the whole process a whole lot better.

The computers were freezing up at the Berwyn location while trying to print out my application. The girls worked hard on solving the problem. Thank you for all your hard work Claudia and Ana! Title max needs to upgrade their computers.

One thing I notice as soon as I walked in the door that the Customer service was off the chain!
