Today I went in to get further information for a loan. I was greeted the second I got in, I was helped right away and they even offered me coffee. As Leslie was giving me details Laura and Carolina also had side conversations while I waited. These ladies were amazing, I typically don’t review or rate anything, but these ladies deserve the recognition! They did amazing and I could not be happier with their service. Thank you Titlemax for having great ladies like these in your company!!

Kimberly is my angel... She waited patiently and walked me through the process. She was so helpful and kind... I am going through a lot f0r a family death and not only has she helped me with the loan but she went out of her way to relate to my problems.., BEST PART IS THAT I WAS PASS HER WORK TIME AND SHE STILL FINISHED MY LOAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH KIMBERLY, I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

In a pinch this was a great choice for me. Of course I did some research before deciding on Title Max. Yoselin helped thru the whole process and advised me that I would need to be there at least an hour. So I'm glad she gave me this info before arriving and set a time for me to meet with her. She was very professional and courteous. She was able to answer my questions which I felt at ease to proceed with the loan. They even gave me the chance if i wanted to put the headrest back on to my driver side. I'm short so I don't care to have it. It just might have given me less of an amount to loan. I appreciate the detail of her process. I'm very happy with the service that was provided and the app to make paying a whole lot easier. Was in a hard place and needed some $$ quick....I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Kimberly. She was very professional and made me an appointment for 3:30pm, I came in and was pleasantly surprised that I was approved in a matter of minutes!! 1/17/2018 Best place to come to if you need a Tile loan! The Staff is great, they have excellent customer service. They really care about your needs and situation. It was real easy and very hands one, if you come with the proper documentation. Would I recommend anyone of my friends to come there to get a loan YES Indeed! TitleMax isn't where you go for a low-interest long term loan. It's where you go when you need money fast and know you can pay it off quick. This place is what it is and there's obviously a need for this kind of service. At the Lancaster location Charlie was most helpful and professional. He walked me through the process and it worked out well for me and presumably for him too. That's a win/win.
