This is my second experience with title max and this one has made my decision to never use this company an easy one. Stew in the North Las Vegas location, Excellent. Myra, at the Ft apache location, bought this bad review for a $40 daily interest charge that was failed to be brought up until the very last payment. Instead of guiding your customers through the experience, you saw oportunity to capitalize and took it. Integrity is questioned when you swindle people by failing to mention there contractual obigations with you as a trusted customer. How dare you accumulate interest charges on 4 days and fail to mention that over 3 months and hold my title hostage. FAIL. Loss of a repeat customer. Never again. Happy to have my title back and not have to deal with this again.

I called right before their listed closing time and talked to Ellen. Even though they were closing soon, she answers all my questions and I had a lot. We talked past the time they closed but Ellen never rushed me off the phone. The next day, Ellen greeted me at the door and walked me through the process to obtain my car title loan. Mayra helped with the taking of photos and other stuff needed with my car. A great team. I highly recommend you see them if you are in need of quick cash. HF
