When I came in, I didn't know what to expect from the customer service, but I am happy that I got to have Krysie assist me. She was polite and very insightful to where it didn't feel like I was here to get a payday loan but make a friend.

I recently went to this location with my fiancé, the guy that was helping us was super nice and polite, in the other hand the lady that was working with him was rude and disrespectful, she threw my fiancé’s ID at him through the slide under the window, and in a rude manner told him to sign and put a reference in the form, when in reality we weren’t there to apply for a loan or anything like that it was for a different reason, I have to other locations but none of them have treated me or any one in that manner. I work in customer service so I know how it can get but I have never treated or disrespect a customer no matter how I feel at that moment or day. The reason why I give it the rating I did was for the gentleman that helped us was respectful and polite.

I'm not from Nevada, I purchased a money order and needed help cashing out to get my money back. Morghan was literally the hero of my day. Her extraordinary customer service, beautiful personality and eagerness to assist made this stop less stressful. Thank you Morghan!! You are definitely an asset to this company.
