So i contacted speedy car loans about 2 and a half weeks ago. Sent an application in for a possible new car. They were very friendly at first & took the time to figure out my situation. I’m self employed plus i have a full time position. A couple days went by after i submitted the application and went down there. So i called to follow up. My rep was Braiden & he asked for my wife’s information so she could possibly be a co-signer. After submitting her application i didn’t hear back for multiple days. So i called Monday of this week to follow up on it. He called me back trying to give me the car before i was approved and i kindly declined. He told me “give me a couple days and I’ll have an answer for you.” So i called him back Thursday & he told me he would get back to me that day with an answer & it’s now Saturday and i haven’t heard from him. I went to this company because i liked their reviews & it seemed legit. Idk if they can’t get me approved but i would at least like them to do what they say their going to do. Because now I’ve been waiting for multiple weeks for an answer and i have multiple inquiries on my credit now from different banks.

Honestly I knew nothing about cars so in buying my first car I had a lot of research to do. The guys at Speedy Car Loans gave me an amazing rate and the perfect first time car. A few years later I wanted something different; bigger with more gadgets. Within a couple days Robert shipped me out the perfect 2015 Grand Cherokee Jeep Limited edition with all the gadgets. I'm not sure how many cars this is for my wife from Robert and the Speedy team but let me tell you why I'll never buy another car from anyone else. We cracked a cylinder head on our old Jeep, we were on vacation when we found out. We came home in a panic after being told is was a $5k fix. Robert loaned us a car while we were down to one. I was annoyingly in his office daily w constant demands. Robert calmed me down every time. After a 3 day test drive in a Mercedes we decided we wanted another Jeep. Robert scoured the country to find me a perfect Jeep Trailhawk...in Alabama, he picked up the truck which filled every demand I had. Had it trucked out, cleaned and ready for me and he even gave me a glass of Scotch at signing!
