Everything went smooth as soon as I came in. Quick process I called and texted a days before the due date to not let the card payment go through I wanted to pay full in cash no one answered. I came in after they still took the money out on the due that the other lady told me it was already processed to wait to next week. I told her okay but I still wanted card payments to not go through and to just stop them that day before I come back for the next payment. She didn’t do that when I seen it was still going to process the next payment when I was out of town so I called to remind her. Never mentioned to me to notify 3 days before they added another charge when I asked her these questions before the next payment even came around. *Update- The new GM Lewis fixed everything going on with the payment issue! Was able to work through the issue
