I came in after having such a horrible day, if anything could have gone wrong today was the day. I went there for my first time and Danette was the person that I had at the window and she was really professional and helped me understand anything that I didn't understand and. Johnathan also came over and made sure everything was good and he was professional too but he also made some jokes that made my day, and griselda was just reassuring me to help me understand all of the documents And she was professional too overall a great experience!

Walter the loan called me after I submitted my online application and told me to come in. I arrived 5 minutes later and when I got there he told me they were closed. All of the staff very rude and they all ignored me. Customer service was terrible. If they knew they were closing at 8 pm, then why would they call me at 7:30 pm to tell me to come in. I told him my eta and everything. He should have just told me come in the next day. I had no problem waiting, but I don’t take kindly to wasting my gas as high as it is right now.

Omg The service here was so pleasant. Speedy cash would always try to give me a loan and I thought it was just your normal telemarketing . I decided to go ahead and try. So I go into the store,first of all it was clean and smelled fresh,I was greeted by Walter. Wen I tell u this man is so professional and nice. He was so helpful. Alejandra was excellent. She's explained all of the documents and the process was fast and easy. I was surprised at how much they approved me for. Not to mention her above parr customer service. HOWEVER, Anna was UNHELPFUL. I'm hoping that they get some sort of compensation or recognition for great customer service so that Alejandra gets it.
