I had a great experience at this location the general manager Katrina M was awesome, chill, laid back and had good social skills. She was patient and did her job well no compliments they were open til 4 due to the upcoming holiday and we were in and out. It was a blessing for the loan and I'd recommend and refer people to go to title max if they need financial helping a short period of time. Thanks Katrina💪🏾.

Diana was AMAZING! Helped me get the loan I needed and showed excellent customer service. I have a 8month old little boy and trying to sign documents and all with him can be hectic. She played with him and kept him entertained so I could easily finish up without any distractions! I 150% recommend the Title Max on East Market St!!!!!!!!!

I had an awesome experience on the phone with Will prior to visiting this location. Katrina was wonderful and pleasant while processing my info. I would recommend anyone who has an emergency and needs access to cash immediately to visit these folks.

I showed up at 2:10pm and they close at 2pm on Saturdays (which I had know idea) but Miss Lou gladly unlocked the door for me and STILL handled my loan. She was most polite and very sympathetic about my situation. Not to mention she was quick and thorough as well.

Nice and friendly people, good customer service but their interests rates are ridiculously high!!!!! Its a set rate and unreasonable monthly payments. (Mine is over $700 a month) just to take out $4000. So i borrowed $4000 and after 12 motnhs will be paying back $8900 ) The only reason I went w them is because I really needed the money last minute for bills.
