Honestly been to so many different title loan locations, and NEVER. Have I been treated fairly, there store associates have humble personable skills and great management on board and ready to assist and guide his staff in whatever they may need to help assist their customers never did I hear an elevated tone ov voice super kind and friendly staff Thank you all for your Help GOD Bless😉👌

The general manager, Michael Olguin, and “manager” Vanessa Garcia, are dishonest, unprofessional, and show no desire to actually want to help their customer. Vanessa is very rude and her competence isn’t one that reflects managerial material. She lied and told me that Michael, the GM, wasn’t in to address my questions. I called from another line and Michael picked up the phone. When I spoke with Michael he said “corporate” will call you, when he hasn’t requested for them to call you. I waited on corporate for 2 days; no call. And when I called corporate they were clueless and admitted that what he advised was not the proper protocol. Michael pretended to want to help me over the phone if offered refinance options, and encouraged me to come to the store. When I got to the store he initially pretended that he did not know what I was talking about. It’s no wonder TitleMax is under investigation by the government. They have knockoffs like these Michael and Vanessa for managers. They do not accept accountability for their inconsistent practices. I became very firm with both of them, no cursing or yelling—just restating how unhelpful they are and the fact that they are not honest. Because I did that Michael, the manager, said; “I can help you but I’m not. You brought problems to my store.” I became the problem after I called corporate and reported him and held him and Vanessa accountable. I will be reporting them to the news because Michael made it personal, not professional. He refused to go over the refinance portions he promised over the phone because he didn’t like that I called him and Vanessa out on the shenanigans. My unhappiness with him is why he refused to help me. Simply because he didn’t like that I was so irritated. That I was frustrated that I’ve been trying to get my issue resolved with two people that are lying and taking me in circles. With that being said, not the last you heard from me. I am reporting them to every organization that deals with matters like this. If you find yourself in a pinch, go to a different organization.

I want to start by saying that TitleMax itself is an exceptional loan company. This a great location. Rene was very helpful, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend going to this location if you're looking for a good place to get a fair title loan this is the place.

great, fun atmosphere! both managers Kevin and Azleth are very engaging and polite. They they broke down everything and made it really easy to understand but most importantly They make it seems as if you've known them for years, great people and better service 👍🏼

Reciently they came and repossessed my car. After I communicated with them my unfortunate situation and how I have kids who now have missed some school. With the pandemic being still standing and all the chaos going on I honestly thought I could count on the team at the location to be helpful and understanding that on ssdi limited income it was difficult to get enough to pay for the loan along with my kids and rent I'm sorry but 800 a month is hard to juggle with no other income. The rep I spoke with said that they were willing to work with me and then that same day they towed my car and still won't let me get any personal belongings along with my kids back packs for. This was the worst situation I've ever delt with and I hope after emailing the president of title max someone can reach out and apologize for ruining my kids short time in school and making the covid-19 health a issue.

If you ever have a need for cash no matter what the reason TitleMax is where you need to go. Kevin Barra worked with us and he was pleasant and informative also personal. We spoke a little about why we wanted the loan and every time I go and make a payment he remembers my name and why I wanted the loan. I have never had customer service like that before. He is truly one of a kind and definitely excellent customer service. Way to go Kevin

Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. Azleth has Very calm and professional dimenor. Kevin Is very helpful and knowledgeable, always there to answer any of my questions and they don't try to hide anything, especially things documented in disclosure. I was in an out,they say same day service and they mean in.
