She made me feel at ease about my time in the store. When you come to get a loan it can be a uncomfortable feeling. But she made me feel comfortable. I came in today talked a representative named Ben he was a great help. He let me know everything about the loan and risks and advised me on payments. They have great customer service and actually talk to you as everyday people not just a customer. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the middle tn area in need of help.

I needed help and called noticing that they were closing in 20 minutes. Ana agreed to stay after they closed to help me. She was understanding to my needs that I had to finish work before I could come. if she didnt stay I dont know how bad things could've turned out. Not only did she stay late and was understanding she still took the time to explain and was pleasant. We even joked and talked about family. I could go on but if you need help go see her and find out for yourself. THANK YOU ANA P.S. called back couple days with questions and talked with michelle, also very helpful, patient, and sweet. Could not ask for a more pleasant experience!! I was greeted at the door by a manager and Adam was very professional helping me with my needs. The entire process was pleasant and professional. Thank you Mr Adam and your team for making my “dreaded” experience so pleasant.

I recently received a loan from Ana and Adam .... Great customer service easy to talk to and understand ... location was accessable and clean .... received great rates for my situation and terms ...the app seems like it is convenient as well

They used to be amazing. I have had several dealings with them over several years. They used to work with you if you had an issue. In fact I have excellent credit with them. But don't dare get hospitalized and have to have emergency surgery. I was late on a payment because I was in the hospital and they still harassed me almost daily. They still got their money but it was unfortunately about a week late. They have lost all their humanity. I am currently working on paying them off completely so I don't have to deal with them ever again. Be careful if you do business with them. One last thing. Take these 5star ratings with a grain of salt because they coerce people into giving them a 5 star rating on Google. I have had to give them a 5 star rating multiple times to either get a better deal on my loan or if I needed a short extension. They will manipulate you.
