The establishment and company overall seems like it could use some work and better organization. However, the customer service experience there is impeccable. A young lady, Jebrea, was very thorough with me in explaining the loan process. She was patient with me in answering my questions and seemingly handled the other visiting patrons in front of me quickly and with ease. Definitely made the experience less confusing.
