I left the truck there for service, they called me 3-4 days later and said your all set! Mind you I live in Florida so it’s 16 hours away I get there and the truck is doing the same thing no start …. Use at your own risk! I’m buying a Volvo

We had an issue with our Sprinter and had to stop in Memphis. Thank God we found Fernando and his team at TAG. Awesome people and incredible service. They would be our full-time service solution if we lived in Memphis. Can’t thank them enough!

Very pretty service and parts department, staff treat you like family. Waiting area is pretty classy, recliners everywhere. The day I was there an outside catering truck was there, Eric's Brat something or other. Good food, big prices. ;)

TAG is an amazing business. The customer service is above all the rest, in fact, Fernando and his Team at TAG were 100% responsive, positive, and ensured I received quick service. They have a very pleasant waiting area as well. TAG has everything is stock. You don't have to wait for parts, and they have so many technicians, they can accommodate you straight away. They saved me while on a cross-country trip. My Mercedes Sprinter Van (converted to a camper van) had an error message related to the NOX sensor and the emissions system. I then received the "dreaded countdown" message while on the highway near Knoxville. I called around to the various Sprinter dealers, no one could accommodate me. When I called TAG, Fernando was more than accommodating. Told me the Team could sort me out, come by first thing in the morning. I did. They diagnosed the issue and turns out was part of a "campaign" under the Mercedes warranty. Only my Van was coded incorrectly in the Mercedes system. Fernando and his Team contacted Mercedes and were so vigilant and attentive to the issue, got Mercedes to expeditiously change the code in the system so that I may receive a whole new system under the "campaign", with no charge to me. In the meantime, I needed my Van (which is my home on the road) and they helped me find safe accommodation in the city for the weekend, while we waited for Mercedes to update their system. In short, Fernando and the Team at TAG provided me the absolute, hands down, BEST service I've ever received at ANY garage. I only wish there were more TAGS in the US, since I travel all over with my Van. Thank you, TAG!!! Breaking down while on a cross-country trip is stressful no matter what. TAG made it as seamless as possible. My confidence in them let me rest easy. I recommend TAG with zero reservations. Just cross your fingers you breakdown near one while on your trip or during your truck route.

We discovered this place while on a RV trip a couple of years ago. We were newbies to all the nuisances of diesel engines and our Sprinter was having a variety of issues. When the instrument panel lit up like a Christmas tree with a variety of warning lights, we "Googled" Sprinter/Truck/Repair and found the TAG Truck Repair Center on American Way. Not only did they have us back on the road with everything repaired quickly, they took the time to explain everything in detail to us, passing along valuable information that we found useful later. What a stroke of luck finding this place has been for us. We have such confidence in the shop, that we now take our rig back to them for oil changes, service, and recalls. The customer service is excellent. A special shout out to Fernando for being so knowledgeable and helpful.

They really had my '07 Freightshaker parts, in stock, and the prices of the airbags, strut rod, axle gaskets, and bearings were right in line with the Amazon and eBay. They've got my business. 21 years in the road, and you learn something new daily. I really thought they were gonna stick it to me... they didn't!

The check engine light came on this weekend (class C Sprinter motorhome) on my way to Memphis. Fortunately I found TAG which is a certified Sprinter service center. Mark, the service manager, was great. He got me in Monday morning and was able to get my problem repaired in a few hours. Very clean, BIG, and organized. The RV/Sprinter entrance is on the far left of the building. Easy access off of l-240.

I was in the middle of a rushed trip cross country when I suddenly began having funky starting problems with my Sprinter RV. And of course, it’s a Friday afternoon. My guy Brett kept it real wit me. When I found parts that you did not havee he immediately told me he would go get with the parts manager Antonio. He hit me up about 45 minutes later and let me know they were getting me my part. They got my part in and got my money maker back on the road within a few days. Service was on point.

The service team was extremely responsive even when they were busy in the shop. Everyone my driver or myself spoke to were helpful and showed professionalism. I’ve recently went to another dealership and had to have work done on another truck and Tag Trucks by far set the standard on what service should look like. We will return in the future!

Here is my story, One of our Freightliner Cascadia had a check engine light on, and sign “Prime Fuel system”. Manual Prime did not fixed the issue. We brought our truck to the closest shop, and we spent there 2 days - and they couldn’t even inspect our truck well. I decided to send my truck to TAG Truck center - Memphis, TN- because 1 year ago this place fixed DEF issue on my truck within 3 hours- yes, within 3 hours! On Monday at 7am my driver was at TAG Truck center - Memphis, TN. They took my truck for Express assessment, and results were very bad- Metal in Fuel system- and whole Fuel system needs to be renewed. I was at shock- because we had full trailer of cars, which needed to be delivery to customers ASAP! And I was sure that to renew whole Fuel system will take at least couple of weeks. I felt so bad at that time. But Tag truck center - Memphis, TN have super professional, wonderful, nice, kind, super super helpful Senior managers- Kimberly Hollingsworth and Bryant Murphy! They kept me posted every hour, they found the parts within 1 hour! Even these days when most of the parts are on National back order. And they almost done to fixing my truck’s Fuel system within 2 days! Kimberly Hollingsworth- was on top of everything! She is the most responsible person I’ve ever met! I don’t have enough vocabulary to describe how I’m thankful to her and for all Tag Truck Center employees! You are the best of the best and number 1 in country!

This has to be the best Freightliner body shop in the country. Both times that someone backed into my truck in California I drove it all the way back to Tag body shop in Memphis, Tn because I knew that I would be well taken care of. Greg and Terry really know their stuff, keeps you updated, and get you back on the road as soon as possible.

🤦🏼♂️ The worst experience I’ve ever had since I’ve been trucking. 1 month and $7,445 later and I couldn’t even leave the TAG facility due to the very same problem I had when I dropped my truck off to be fixed. On top of that,I was told by the foreman by the name of Cliff that I have to pay an additional $2,450 to have the original problem fixed. I’m still waiting for my truck to get fixed after paying $7,445 for absolutely nothing. The worst business that I’ve ever done with any company.

I have been having to schedule my Sprinter service out of the Memphis area due to lack of good professional service. I was just about to schedule service in St. Louis, when a friend suggested TAG. I called them and found out that Fernando was now at TAG. He is awesome, I never had to call him. He always called me and kept me updated on my Sprinter. If your fed up with your Sprinter service, I highly recommend Fernando and TAG.

Customer service is very good BUT they are over priced for their service per hour. $200 and hour is not worth it here. Technicians need to do a better job on reading the work order correctly. Time management in this shop needs to vastly improve.

Don’t go there for body shop. DO NOT expect they will do a better truck body paint job. Trust me find somebody else to save time & money. I left my truck there for almost 45 days to install New bumper, 1 side hood part, 1 air tank, 2 drive tire, 2 steering tire and some small parts, they took almost $20,000.00 from me . everything else looks fine so far but paint start peeling off within 20 days from front bumper, it’s painful for 2021 cascadia truck and spending extra money in dealerships for better job. I’m afraid to go back because they will booked my truck again forever.

These guys were very helpful for an unexpected repair on one of our company vehicles recently. They have a whole section of their Memphis facility dedicated to the package vans like our Sprinter. They gave an accurate assessment and valuable 2nd opinion after we felt we were getting treated unfairly at the Mercedes Dealership in Jackson MS. I wish they had a shop in Nashville!

Great day…. i was stuck on highway and all services as TA,Love’s told me my truck having issues on air chambers and need change 3 of them on truck..i got so upset because minimum I suppose to be stay in service 1 week and cost will be over 2000$ BUT I called TAG service they said come in we will figure out… specially thankfull to Matt, Mr Tary and mechanic Roby These guys so professional and not charged me for air chambers which was not the issue issue was on ABS sensor,,, they helped me save money,time and earned my big respect Thank you so much MATT, Mr Tary, and Roby…

I ordered a part under Uv freight inc on 23 feb and they said it comes in 2 business days. Now is 4 march almost two weeks. I keep calling them since last 5 days and they saying that they don’t know about your order and they transfer to Andrew and Andrew phone is on voicemail.. nobody giving answer.. disgusting

Huge facilities, spacious trucker's lounge. A+ Food Truck comes in for lunch. And they repair trucks too. 7am to 9pm, but best to try to reach them 8am to 5pm.

Took forever and didn't do one of the repairs I'd asked for even though I'd gotten my company to approve it. They didn't charge for that and were pretty good at communication so 3* it is.

Nothing but shinning Repair shop at least give me service. Giant clean really nice location but 0 repair shop I prefer "in and out" fast then this wasting time clean facility. The micanic take break every 10 minutes probably paid hourly rate maybe you need to change the system to incentive based and hourly salaries with respect to your clean facilities its worthless without efficiency!!!!. 9.6.18 Update. I managed to drive back home NJ went to a way less fancy repair shop called Raul's in Kearney I asked to fix my engine light its took me time to get on the line not 6 hours the job is done with 1 hour labor parts from local freightliner ($200) total $300!!!. TAG This location charge me $183 FOR NOTHING!!!gave me estimate $1500 overnight and it may not be repaired etc. Look pictures of charges be aware don't get trapped into shiny places you may pay for looking good and not quality repair!!!

I only go there to check the food trucks. My favorite one is Lazeez Shawarma. I tried their chicken wrap, Philly chicken and gyro sandwich all is so good!

To any driver's out there if you need any repairs done on your I strongly advise you not to take your there services or repairs because you will be waiting weeks get it back. I bought my truck in on the morning 11/22/21 and I'm just getting it back today which is 12/02/21 and all did was installed transmission coolants lines. So don't stop there unless you're going on a vacation and they probably won't be finished once you return. So beware !!!!

I'd like to give thanks to Matt and another gentleman who's name I didn't get, that got me in and out for a emergency compressor coolant line repair. I pulled up at 7pm 2 hours before they closed. They could have easily said come back in the morning but instead got me fixed up quickly which enabled me to make on time delivery next morning. We all know good customer service is hit and miss these days but these guys were spot on! Thanks again!!!!

I brung my truck there because it was running rough. I ended up needing a qvc fuel valve. Brett was my advicer and kept me updated even when the company I work for was giving him a hard time with approval. Even when I was passed on to a new advicer, Brett still contacted me when my part arrived early and when my truck was repaired. You can tell he cares about not only the businesses who pay for the truck but also me as a driver. Please thank him for me!! Thank the mechanic as well because my truck be running great.

Had problems Sunday they said , bring it in and we will get right to it. Come to find out they had one Tech on Sunday but said they had 18 Techs come Monday morning.. they said they'll get right on it and it should be done by Wednesday.
