Jennifer definitely gave service with a smile. When an issue came up that she didn't recognize she made calls and sat through her lunch break until it was resolved. Even though it went into her lunch break she didn't complain or rush. She made sure the job was done RIGHT!! I would definitely recommend this office to others. I was really reluctant to go here at first. We are new to the area and our previous loan company doesn’t accept Georgia titles so we had to go to TitleMax for a quick loan. I was worried we wouldn’t get the amount we needed or a good interest rate and we actually got both! Quandetrice, the SM was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be returning customers.

The people are great. But we went in and our interest payment was 28.00 but they chsrged us 40.00. So they voided that and now we got to wait the 7 to 14 days for the funds to be put back on our card. So now we have to pay a higher interest payment cause of their mistake.
