There is awesome staff at this location with excellent customer service. There's always a little snack or drink available while you wait. The speed of service is great, you never wait too long. I needed a lot more than what I got on my loan to be honest. I don't remember them checking my credit score before but I think they do it now because I got a lot more the first time I walked in there :\ Despite all that, the staff overall is very friendly & nice, they ask about your day & make you feel welcome. They talk you through your loan & options, They seriously have a "I love my job" type of vibe! They have snacks and beverages for you while you wait! Kid friendly ;) They have this play area with toys for the kiddos to keep entertained. The place is always super clean too.

Jose J. Hernandez and Judy Pedroza were very unprofessional and rude to me, Jose even called me a liar while I was on the phone calling the Regional manager at TMX Finance Jason P. and Nicholas R. I will never do business with them and I hope they are both fired for their mistreatment. I've made complaints and I am filling with the BBB. **** NOTE: I have called your customer service resolution number 5 times and I spoke with Isa and Whitney (based out of an office in Dallas, TX 75006) and they both promised 5 times that they were emailing both Jason P. and Nicholas R.. and That I should expect a call back, but to date 3/3/2020. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME.
